In 2016 the villages of Warwick, Greenwood Lake, Monroe and West Milford needed a good Mexican restaurant. When a building became available, Carlos Morales and his business partner, Luis Barajas, put together an awesome menu of authentic Mexican meals and in May opened their family restaurant, Mexicanzingo.
